At 11:00 a.m. on January 3, 2019, Dongfeng Chaolong officially commenced its emergency evacuation drill for natural disaster response.
As the alarm sounded, employees from all production workshops and offices promptly left their workstations and orderly proceeded along designated evacuation routes to gather at the emergency shelter point.

All emergency response teams were immediately activated, each fulfilling their designated roles and actively assisting professional personnel such as firefighters and medical staff in preparing to rescue affected assets and provide aid to injured employees.
Once all employees had assembled at the shelter point and their attendance was confirmed, General Manager Chen Yibin delivered an important address to the entire staff. He emphasized that this drill—specifically designed to simulate responses to natural disasters—served as an evaluation of the company’s past emergency management efforts. Although the exercise achieved its intended objectives, he stressed the need to further enhance both the organization’s overall and each individual’s safety awareness and emergency response capabilities regarding sudden disasters such as snowstorms, fires, and earthquakes. He also highlighted that the company should look to Japan as a model for disaster preparedness awareness.

Finally, Chen Yibin urged all employees to integrate a sense of crisis awareness into the company’s daily operations and activities, nipping potential problems in the bud to produce even more reliable buses for customers.
